When co-transfected with the reporter plasmid pGL3 (Promega) into
mammalian cells, Luciferase GL3 RNA control duplex reduces GL3
expression. When transfected in the absence of the pGL3 plasmid, it
functions as a negative control for the RNAi method. The
complementary oligos were 2'-deprotected, annealed, and purified and
dried.
