CThe Lamin A/C RNA duplex targets human Lamin A/C and is used as a
control for transfection and silencing efficiency. The knockdown of
protein expression may be observed Western analysis or by
immunofluorescence using commercially available antibodies. The
complementary oligos were 2'-deprotected, annealed, and purified and
dried.
